Ciekaw jestem, na ile dzi\u015b mo\u017cna m\u00f3wi\u0107 o podobnych procesach, b\u0105d\u017a ich ca\u0142kowitym braku :))<\/p>\n<p>(c) 1995, Jacek Kotarbi\u0144ski<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8222;W 1995r. w firmie Alfa, rozpocz\u0119to proces restrukturyzacji. Zorganizowano nowe dzia\u0142y, w tym marketingu i sprzeda\u017cy. Obie funkcje rozdzielono od siebie. Sp\u00f3\u0142ka by\u0142a \u015bredniej wielko\u015bci (350 pracownik\u00f3w) jak i dzia\u0142a\u0142a w r\u00f3\u017cnych obszarach funkcjonalnych ( produkcja i us\u0142ugi dla przemys\u0142u). Rada Nadzorcza zaakceptowa\u0142a projekt, ca\u0142o\u015b\u0107 \u201eodpali\u0142a\u201d w nowej strukturze. Dop\u00f3ty firma wdra\u017caj\u0105ca projekt gasi\u0142a problemy w zarodku, nikt nie mia\u0142 do nikogo pretensji. Niestety, p\u00f3\u017aniej, po roku samodzielnego dzia\u0142ania, m\u0142odzi marketerzy zatrudnieni w firmie nie sprawdzili si\u0119. Ich projekty spotka\u0142o fiasko, wydano niepotrzebnie sporo pieni\u0119dzy, wewn\u0119trzna komunikacja i wsp\u00f3\u0142praca zacz\u0119\u0142a uk\u0142ada\u0107 si\u0119 fatalnie.
