Do oddzia\u0142u banku uda\u0142a si\u0119 na<br \/>\ndwa dni przed up\u0142ywem terminu sk\u0142adania deklaracji, czyli 28 listopada. Tak<br \/>\nopisuje t\u0119 wizyt\u0119: <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8211; W jednym z krakowskich oddzia\u0142\u00f3w tego banku pracownik odm\u00f3wi\u0142 mi przyj\u0119cia<br \/>\nwniosku o zachowanie konta w BPH. Chcia\u0142am z\u0142o\u017cy\u0107 wniosek, poniewa\u017c oddzia\u0142,<br \/>\nw kt\u00f3rym zak\u0142ada\u0142am kiedy\u015b konto, po fuzji b\u0119dzie nale\u017ca\u0142 do Pekao.<br \/>\nPracownik banku odm\u00f3wi\u0142 mi przyj\u0119cia dokumentu, poniewa\u017c jego zdaniem by\u0142o<br \/>\nju\u017c za p\u00f3\u017ano na z\u0142o\u017cenie go w innym ni\u017c macierzysty oddzia\u0142. &#8222;Nie zd\u0105\u017cymy go<br \/>\nna czas przes\u0142a\u0107&#8221; &#8211; tak odpowiedzia\u0142a mi pani pracuj\u0105ca w banku. I tu ci\u0105g<br \/>\ndalszy: &#8222;wi\u0119c musi pani pojecha\u0107 do swojego oddzia\u0142u&#8221; (nadmieni\u0119, \u017ce jest on<br \/>\nw innej miejscowo\u015bci, oddalonej o 30 km od Krakowa). Gdy wyrazi\u0142am swe<br \/>\nzdziwienie, \u017ce przecie\u017c s\u0105 faksy i mejle, odpowied\u017a brzmia\u0142a &#8222;nie mamy<br \/>\npewno\u015bci, \u017ce faks nie zaginie, a mejl nie zostanie odczytany&#8221;. I tak oto<br \/>\nbardzo chc\u0105c zosta\u0107 klientem banku, kt\u00f3ry ma by\u0107 jednak w mniejszo\u015bci po<br \/>\nfuzji, nie mog\u0142am tego zrobi\u0107. Jestem tym faktem oburzona &#8211; w takim samym<br \/>\nnat\u0119\u017ceniu poziomem obs\u0142ugi klienta jak i dzia\u0142alno\u015bci\u0105 banku, kt\u00f3ry jest<br \/>\ndu\u017c\u0105 instytucj\u0105 finansow\u0105, dzia\u0142aj\u0105c\u0105 w skali kraju. Bank opiera si\u0119 w<br \/>\nobs\u0142udze kont klienta na klasycznej poczcie, a nie na nowoczesnych formach<br \/>\ndostarczania informacji. Dodam, \u017ce nie jest to pierwsza tego typu wpadka<br \/>\nbanku w stosunku do mnie.
