Rozliczaj\u0105cy si\u0119 z marketem &#8211; jako oddzielna firma. Ale r\u00f3wnocze\u015bnie je\u017cdz\u0105cy na zlecenie klient\u00f3w. Sprawiaj\u0105cy wra\u017cenie, \u017ce mu nie zale\u017cy. To TY kliencie, masz okaza\u0107 JAK bardzo Ci na nim zale\u017cy. Kierowca rozjezdza walcem mozolnie wypracowywany brand marketu. Na dodatek &#8211; nie bedac jego pracownikiem. Konkluzja ? Zaangazowac outsourcing 10 dodatkowych kierowc\u00f3w. Klient wed\u0142ug niego, jest mot\u0142ochem, ludzk\u0105 mas\u0105, kt\u00f3ra przeszkadza w pracy (na czym polegaj\u0105cej ? ). Bezimiennym, g\u0142upim, zawracaj\u0105cym wiecznie dup\u0119, poszukuj\u0105cym odpowiedzi na g\u0142upie pytania. Wspomniane cechy dystryminuj\u0105 takiego<br \/>\nosobnika, jako sprzedawc\u0119 czegokolwiek. Niestety, cz\u0119sto bywa tak, \u017ce zgodnie z Syndromem Durowa (vide: Suworow, \u017bo\u0142nierze Wolno\u015bci) &#8211; osobnik bywa wykopywany na wy\u017csze stanowiska. Kiedy dorwie si\u0119 do w\u0142adzy i zacznie decydowa\u0107 o standardach &#8211; wspomniane cechy zaczn\u0105 obowi\u0105zywa\u0107 w ca\u0142ej firmie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jaki szef &#8211; taka firma.
